  3. I wish they had the book here. I've been wanting to read this one so much. And I agree, lovely cover.

  4. Katie: It's not what I typically read, but it was recommended by many friends. So I hope I like it too!

Katie Alender: I saw the first prize and grab bag contest winners, I guess Yan's second honorable mention post must have slipped past me in my google reader. Also, your bookplate was so scrapbook-y! I love it! I think you and I should have a craft night or something! We totally have the same taste in handmade things!

Thao: Wait, which book? The Dark Divine? If you can get the publisher to give you a copy I will angel it to you like I did for Kate, just pay shipping.

  6. I seriously love your vlogs. You're too funny.
I'm horrible at naming things, so I've got nothing for your bookshelves. :(
And you have so many books!! I am envious.

  7. LOL I was just going through my google reader and yes it's all Katie's fault ;P She went a bit crazy on the eye pillows and used me to get rid of it xD

  8. Kristen: Yes, I name everything. Evidence of just a few of my "friends" can be found in this post: http://koriannespeaks.blogspot.com/2009/04/beda-day-8-meet-my-friends.html By the way, the car's name is Lucy.

MichieBee: I am glad I am humourous to you! lol I don't really think I am that funny. Perhaps it's just my weirdness that is funny. That's ok about the bookshelf names, it seem no one has ideas.

Yan: Katie's fault? NO it's no one's FAULT! I was so excited! Thanks to you and to her!

Devyn: I mish you too. We need to skype when I am less busy. Later today maybe?

  9. LOL, Yan didn't warn you I was sending something? Soon I'll be known on the internet as Katie "Stalker" Alender.

I do think we have the same taste for the homemade goodies! Someday we'll do crafty time... someday!

  10. Katie Alender: No she did not. It just sort of showed up at my house like the best surprise ever! After I got over the excited jump up and down stage I began to think, "What is this for? How did Katie Alender get my address? Oh, well I am sure she got it from a reliable source." I am a creepy stalker too, it's ok! lol. But don't be surprised if I send a handmade goody to your return address sometime soon! And someday crafty time would be so awesome!

  11. You know, I've always named my computers and cars, but I never thought to name my bookshelves...

You should name them after your favorite authors. So, you can say things like, "Yes, John Green and I are hanging out this afternoon. He holds my books for me."

  15. OMFG WINTERGIRLS AND A NORTHERN LIGHT. *fangirls*

I thought you should know that I started clapping when I saw TGDT on your shelf. No joke. I have my father as a witness.

Is your bookshelf a boy or a girl? If it's a girl, I say Tammy or Lorelei. If it's a boy...then I don't know. Hehe.
