- Watch the first season of Pushing Daisies, because it is brilliant and you should and there are only nine episodes anyway. This is on Hulu.com. Done! (but shhh... don't tell Jordyn I already did this before she challenged me!) I might watch season 2 too.
- Watch the first six episodes of Friday Night Lights, because it is also brilliant and I love it. This one isn’t online but if you can’t find the DVDs I can send you my first season for borrow. So... um... Jordyn can I borrow this? I tried to convince Mom to buy it but she said no.
- Read all thirteen books in the Series of Unfortunate Events, by Lemony Snicket, if you haven’t already. Or even if you have already. Because they are win. I have obtained one of the books. Working on the others, but this might be one I don't finish. I can't read that fast.
- Read LA Candy and Miles to Go (Miley Cyrus’ “autobiography”) and write reviews for both of them. Headed to the bookstore later this week to buy these along with a copy of Suite Scarlett for my friend Janet.
- Make a vlog and act like a stereotypical Valley Girl the whole time. This video must be over three minutes long and you must post it to your blog. I am planning on recording this week's In My Mailbox like this. My Valley Girl voice sucks though, beware.
- Write a love letter to your favorite YouTube boy (NOT Tyler Oakley. Must be a straight boy.) and post it on your blog. *laughs wickedly* You are evil, Jordyn. I am sure you already know this. Lucky for you none of the tuber's follow my blog.
- Read The Princess Bride, because really you should. Also, review it. I wasn't a fan of the movie, are you sure I will like the book?
- Record a video of you singing a Taylor Swift song – any of them – and upload it to YouTube and post it on your blog. Any requests? I know them all! I am thinking You Belong With Me at the moment. This could involve costumes, which might be fun!
Korianne Fun Fact: She has never in her life linked to the same person as much in a post as she did Jordyn in this post!
Pushing Daisies is AMAZING!! So sad it got canceled-I need to watch the entire second season because I didn't watch the last half.
ReplyDeleteAnd I could never read all of the Lemony Snickett books-I read four and they were just so sad and depressing and nothing ever turns out good, I just couldn't read them anymore. Plus, I listened to them on CD and the narrator is so drab.
But good luck!! You have lots of fun things to work on!:)
Sounds like you've done good so far :) Good luck with the rest!
ReplyDeleteI've only watched the first episode of Pushing Daisies, but I really really liked it and have the first season box set waiting for me to watch. I'm so mad that it was canceled already. :(
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the rest of your dare!
GreenBeanTeenQueen: Jordyn introduced me to Pushing Daisies earlier this year. I guess she figured I would only watch a few episodes, but no I watched the entire first season in a weekend! I think there was something IMPORTANT I should have been doing that weekend so it makes perfect sense that was what I was doing. I will let you know if I make it through Lemony. I actually think the narrator for the audio books is the author! Yikes!
ReplyDeleteWhatBriReads: Thanks! I might need that luck!
MichieBee: It is awesome! I watched the whole thing on Hulu in a weekend! I want the second season badly now. I was able to find the last episode on the internet but nothing else. Oh, and thanks. I need that luck!
